Please read the following terms of the agreement and indicate your acceptance with an electronic signature.
Payment Terms
NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE submitted with reservation secures the selected time slot until the balance payment deadline. Electronic link for balance payment will be emailed on October 31st. If balance is not received by 11:59 PM on November 2nd, time slot will be released to the public at 8:00 am on November 3rd and retainer is forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE and FULLY EARNED UPON SUBMISSION. PAID BALANCE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if balance is paid by balance payment deadline AND cancellation request is received a minimum of 48 hours prior to selected time slot AND slot is filled by another client, balance payment amount (NOT $50 retainer) may be applied to the balance of a 2026 or 2027 session (any type offered) reserved with a new retainer submission by 12/31/26.
Copyright and Reproduction
Images produced by Effects Photography by Erin are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without explicit permission from Photographer. Photographer shall own the copyright of all images created and shall have the exclusive rights to make reproductions for purposes including, but not limited to, marketing and promotional materials, sample products, editorial submissions, and/or for display within the Photographer's studio and on the Photographer's website and social media platforms.
Client's Usage
Client shall only use the images, including digital files, in accordance with the permissions stated within this agreement. The session images are for Client's personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purpose, including submission to photo contests, without prior approval from Photographer. With Photographer's permission for such usage, images must retain Photographer's watermark logo. Client may share individual images or albums through the use of "Share" functions on social media sites or gallery links provided by Photographer. Client will receive a digital file print release authorizing reproduction for personal use only (without the logo requirement) with the same non-commercial use conditions stated above.
I have the legal authority to grant permission for all subjects to be photographed, including minor children.
